Staying at this hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were modern and clean with a nice view of the garden from level 3, but the air-conditioning could have been more effective. The service was satisfactory with attentive room service and helpful staff, although the paid airport shuttle was a bit pricey. The location was convenient, situated near the main railway station and within walking distance of the botanical gardens in Eastern Palermo. The dining options were good, especially the delicious foie gras, although slightly expensive. The facilities were well-maintained and added to the comfortable stay, however, the overall price could have been more budget-friendly.
